*Texting leads can be an effective way to contact leads who do not pick up their phone from an unknown number.
Texting should NOT replace calling your leads.

Hi (Name), This is (your name), I am the Field Underwriter assigned to your mortgage protection paperwork. A brief phone consultation is needed with you (and your significant other) to review the rights and options for your loan. Openings today are 4 pm, 6 pm or 8 pm. Which time slot works best for you?
